摘    要:针对故障状态需要检测确定的劣化系统,以Levy过程描述其运行过程中状态变化,在此基础上提出了一类综合优化检测间隔期与预防性维修阈值的视情维修模型。利用更新过程理论,建立了系统的检测间隔期、预防性维修阈值与优化目标函数之间的关系式,并采用Nelder-Mead法进行优化求解,得到了系统最佳的视情维修检测和维修优化策略。在该策略下,系统长期运行平均费用率最低。最后以典型的Levy过程-Gamma过程为例,实现了此优化模型,同时验证了对应求解方法的可行性。

Abstract:To investigate the optimal maintenance policy of deteriorating system which is described by the Levy process, the model of condition-based maintenance is presented. By this model, the inspection interval time and the threshold of preventive maintenance can be optimized simultaneously. The relation between the two decision variables and the aim function is established through the theory of renewal process. And the solution of this optimization which can make the long-run average cost rate lowest is got using the Nelder-Mead method. Eventually, the Gamma process which is a typical one of Levy process is given to be a numerical example. It can be used to verify the model and realized the implement of the optimization.
