近代传媒与中国西藏

在清末新政大的环境里,《西藏白话报》诞生了,它以爱国、尚武、开通民智为宗旨,以西藏官员为主要传播对象,直接地参与了西藏的近代变革。而在内地创办的各种形式的报刊则间接地反映西藏的社会发展。这些报刊关注重大政治变迁、及时报道国家的治藏方略和政策得失,传达国内外关于西藏的信息。本文以《神州日报》、《时报》、《东方杂志》为个案,论述晚清报刊与中国西藏的关系,从而阐明西藏是祖国神圣不可分割的一部分。

Media in Modern Tibet of China

At the end of the Qing dynasty,"Vernacular Tibetan Newspaper" was born.Its major ideas are patriotic,warrior,and the enhancement of people's wisdom.Tibetan officials were its main readers.The newspaper directly involved in the revolution of modern Tibet.The various mainland newspapers indirectly reported the social development of Tibet.The newspapers mainly reported the major political changes.They timely announced the national strategies and policies of how to govern Tibet and reported the domestic and foreign information about Tibet.In accordance with the newspapers,viz."The National Herald","Times" and "Eastern Magazine",the article discusses the relation of newspapers and China's Tibet at the end of the Qing Dynasty in order to clarify that Tibet is an inseparable part of China.
