按模态综合法讨论复合轴系的动力响应

本文为分析诸如精纺纱锭、气流纺杯转子等纺织机高速回转轴系的动力特性,讨论了模态综合法在确定复合轴系的动力响应上的应用;然后对因组件初始不均衡而有的激励和具有中间套管的挤压油膜阻尼装置进行分析;最后,作为算例,对国产型号精纺纱锭在给定卷装初始不均衡量下,计算其工作转速邻近的范围内强迫振动的锭端振幅和上轴承反力,并和实验结果相验证。

DISCUSSION OF THE DYNAMIC RESPONSE OF THE GOMPOSITE SHAFT SYSTEM BY THE COMPONENT MODE SYNTHESIS METHOD

In order to make an analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the high-speed rotating shaft system in textile machines, such as ring spinning spindles and the rotor bearing system in open-end spinning, this paper discusses the application of the component mode synthesis method to the determination of the dynamic response of the composite shaft system. This is followed by an analysis of the excitation resulting from the original unbalance of the components of the shaft system and the characteristics of the squeeze film damping device with middle floating tubes. Finally, taking one type of domestic ring spinning spindles as an example, the author has calculated the forced vibration amplitudes of the spindle-top and the dynamic reactions of the roller bearing with a given original unbalance of the package while running at their normal speed. The calculate results have been checked against the experimental data.
