摘    要:用连续脉冲-示波器法和电位扫描法测量了CaCl_2-CaF_2系和 CaCl_2-CaF_2-PbCl_2系熔体的反电动势和电位扫描图。研究发现,在 0.1—4 A/cm~2的电流密度区间,含 PbCl_2熔体的反电动势为1.1—1.3 V,只略高于理论分解电压数值;而当采用CaCl_2-CaF_2熔体时,在0.2—2.OA/cm~2电流密度区间,若采用惰性钼阴极,反电动势值为2.7—3.35V,而采用铅阴极时,则为1.7—2.5V。所以,用熔盐电解法并采用铅阴极直接生产Pb-Ca合金仅电解工序就比对掺法节省大约1V的电能。

Abstract:Continuous impulse-oscillography and potential scanning were used to study BEMF values in molten CaCl2-CaF2-PbCl2 and CaCl2-CaF2 systems. The results show different BEMF values if using different melts. For PbCl2-containing system the value is 1.1-1.3V within a current density range from 0.1 to 4 A/cm2 slightly higher than the theoretical value of reversible decomposition voltage ET0. For CaCl2-CaF2 system, within the range from 0.2 to 2.0 A/cm2 BEMF is 2.7-3.35 V on inert molybdenum cathode and 1.7-2.5 V on lead cathode, respectively. Therefore, the optimal process of Pb-Ca alloy production is regarded as the electrolysis with lead cathode which can save about 1V electric power in electrolysis.
