摘    要:分析了燃速催化剂对NEPE高能固体推进剂理论比冲和燃速压强指数的影响.在固体含量为68.4%~74.9%的范围内,观察到随着固体氧化剂和金属燃烧剂含量的增加,标准理论比冲(I_(ss)~°)从2660.0N.s/kg增至2682.7N.s/kg.如加入1.52%~2.05%的燃速催化剂.则I_(ss)~°下降为2640.5~2660.0,采用复合燃速催化剂可使推进剂的燃速压强指数降至0.655~0.716,其含量不应低于1.5%~2.1%。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the effects of burning rate catalysts on the theoretical specific impulse (ISS) and the pressure exponents of NEPE high energy solid propellants. It is observed that in the content of 68.4% ~ 74.9% solid loadings,ISS enhances from 2660.0 ~ 2682.7N.s/kg with increasing solid oxidizer and metal fuel. The addition of 1.52% ~ 2.01% burning rate catalysts into the composition decreases the theoretical specific impulse 2640.5 ~ 2660.0N.s/kg. The combination use of catalysts can reduce the pressure exponent to 0.655 ~ 0.716 with an addition not lower than 1.8%~ 2.1%.
