| Abstract: | In order to resolve the social and economical problems such as three dimensional rural issues,unemployment and the transference of surplus labor force,this paper makes a qualitative research on the strategies for doing pioneering work by returned migrant workers in Shaanxi Province based on SWOT analysis,and put forward some countermeasures for guiding and assisting the returned migrant workers for doing pioneering work. |
