电化学方法估算Au/硫醇/卵磷脂双层膜的表观有效厚度

摘    要:以Au/硫醇/卵磷脂双层膜作为生物膜的模型体系,应用交流阻抗及循环伏安技术研究了该双层膜在不同浓度的K3Fe(CN)6/K4Fe(CN)6溶液中的电化学行为.结果表明,硫醇/卵磷脂双层膜没有明显的“针孔”缺陷,电子转移通过电子隧道实现.测得硫醇/卵磷脂双层膜电化学表观有效厚度为16个CH2,低于硫醇分子及卵磷脂分子的链长总和,说明硫醇及卵磷脂分子有倒伏或塌陷

Abstract:With the supported hybrid bilayer membrane consisting octadecanethiol and phospholipid as model of biological membrane,its electrochemical behaviors in different concentrations of Fe(CN) 3 /4 6 are investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry technology.The electron transfer between gold and the redox species separated by the hybrid bilayer assembly is completed by electron tunneling process.It is also found that the apparent effective thickness of the hybrid bilayer is 16CH 2 that is lower than that of the sum of length of octadecanethiol and phospholipid,so some possible collapsed sites may be present in the hybrid bilayer membranes.
