摘    要:研究了配体制备过程中容易引起的Na2SO4对催化反应的影响,通过改变表面活性剂的量,配体与催化剂比例以及Na2SO4的加入量,对催化剂在两相体系中的分布影响进行了研究,发现加入Na2SO4可以引起胶束增溶作用和盐析作用,在一定量Na2SO4浓度范围内对反应比较有利。

Abstract:The influence of Na 2SO 4 on the hydroformylation of 1 hexene catalyzed by the complex catalyst system:RhCl(CO)(TPPTS) 2 TPPTS CTAB in organic/aqueous two phases system had been investigated.The authors found the micellar solubilization and salting out effect of Na 2SO 4,which had positive and negative influence on the activity of the water soluble catalyst,co operated in this biphasic catalytic system.The suitable concentration of Na 2SO 4 was favourable for catalyst preservation in aqueous phase and decrease leaching of rhodium complexes into organic phase,while the conversion rate of olefin into aldehyde also reached a higher value.It was proved by the increase of olefin conversion is related to the concentration of catalyst in the interface layer.The higher the concentration of rhodium complexes in the interface layer,the faster the hydroformylation rate of olefin is.
