基于稀疏特性的TH-PPM UWB信道估计算法

摘    要:在TH-PPM UWB系统中,利用信道的稀疏簇特性,提出一种新的UWB(ultra wide-band)信道估计算法。该算法首先对原始信道进行信道缩短,有效地克服了信道过长给估计精度带来的影响,然后基于缩短后的复合信道,利用UWB信道的稀疏性,对原始UWB信道进行估计,避免了无谓的零值抽头估计,改善了算法的性能。仿真结果表明,当信道长度大于符号长度时,新算法可以获得较好的估计性能。

Abstract:A novel channel estimation algorithm based on channel sparsity was proposed for TH-PPM ultra wide-band(UWB) communications.In this algorithm,the channel shortening was used to cancel the un-correct channel estimation.Then,the sparse structure property of UWB channel was used to estimate the UWB channel based on the channel estimated after channel shortening,which avoids unimportant zero taps' estimation and promotes the performance of the algorithm.Simulation results demonstrate that the new algorithm has g...
