西方社会保障理论的沿革及其借鉴

在对社会保障的研究中,不同的时期、不同的流派都从不同的角度对其进行了理论阐述,从而形成了当代西方的社会保障理论,并使这一理论逐步系统化.本文通过对当代西方社会保障理论的演变过程及其特点进行阐述和剖析,从中找出一些成功的东西,以此为借鉴,为加快推进我国社会保障制度的改革提供理论依据.

The Evolution and Reference of the Theory for the West Social Security

For the study of the social security ,it has been studied by the different schools of thought from the varied point of view in the different period. Thus the theory ,the modern West social security ,has been formed and systematized step by step. In this paper ,by means of the study for the theory of the modern West social security ,we find a certain successful experience .Using this for reference ,we provide the theoretical basis for rapidly pushing forward the reforms for the social security system of our country .
