| 摘 要： | 文章论述了健康及健康教育的概念,分析了健康教育的基本特征,从生物、心理、社会三个层次叙述了增进学生健康,是社会发展的需要,是适应素质教育的需要,也是体育教育与健康教育发展的需要。在我国高校开展体育健康教育,是体育与健康教育相结合顺应现代体育教育发展的趋势,并对我国大学"体育与健康"教育所面临的问题进行了剖析。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the health and the concept of health education, and analyzes the basic characteristic of health education from the living creature, mental state, social three levels to promote the students＇health, and it is the society developing demand, the demand of adapting to education of all-around development, and also the demand of athletics education and health development. In our country, developing the health education in universities, is a trend to combine physical education with the health, and the paper analyses the problems being faced with physical education and health. |
