| 摘 要： | 对基金管理公司参与企业年金投资管理业务的可行性进行了分析,指出了企业年金规范、安全运行需要专业的投资管理人,基金公司在企业年金投资管理业务上有一定的优势,阐述了基金公司开展此项业务的必要性,提出了基金公司开展此项业务的一些建设性措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the feasibility of the fund management company's participating in the investment management business of the corporate pension,and points out that the normal and safe operation of the corporate pension needs specialized investment managers,and the fund company possesses certain superiorities in the investment management business of the corporate pension,and expounds the necessity of developing this business by the funds company,and puts forward some constructive suggestions on developing this business by the funds company. |
