Abstract:The research takes copper wastewater pretreated by micro electrolysis in a Guangzhou electron company as the processing object, using the Fenton oxidation process to strengthen the treatment of wastewater, and then achieve further reduce of COD. The single factor experiment has been used to determine the optimal Fenton oxidation of H2O2 ]/ COD ], Fe2+ ]/ H2O2 ], initial pH and the reaction time. The pilot test has as well as been used to investigate the effect of the micro electrolysis and Fenton mix-processing and time series operation processing. Single factor experiments concluded that the best H2O2 ]/ COD] is 2. 0, the best Fe2+ ]/H2O2] is 0. 2 -0. 3, the optimal pH is 2.0 -4. 0, and the best reaction time is 60 min. In pilot experiment, the effect of treatment in the series run is better, The elimination rate of COD is 87. 04%, and the total copper's elimination rate achieves 99. 86%.
