以煤为燃料的热工设备中黑烟产生的原因及预防

分析了硅酸盐行业中以煤为燃料的热工设备产生黑烟的原因；一是由于煤的燃烧方式（既煤在直燃过程中煤中的挥发的受高温炽热作用在贫氧条件下裂解而致）造成的，二是燃烧室的结构特点（固定床式的炉算所决定）造成的。针对分析的结果，对煤的燃烧方式和燃烧室进行了相应的改进，实验结果表明，这种改进不仅消除了黑烟，改善了劳动条件及工作环境，而且还可以稳定燃烧室的热工制度，加快窑内升温速度，并可节约15％左右的燃料。
