| Abstract: | An application of programmable controller in vacuum chuck manipuluto is introduce in detail in this peper. Compared with conventional relay-contactor control system, the advantages of the logic control system based on programmable controller such as high reliability, simple circuits, powerful function, powerful adoptability and convenience of changing control function are also described with an example. |
