白蜡条木材解剖性质及其变异的研究

通过建立标准地，选择标准木进行树干解析，以及白蜡条木材离析试验，借助电子显微镜和计算机显微图像分析系统，应用定量解剖学方法，从微观角度对白蜡条木材解剖性质及其径向和纵向的变异规律进行了测定和分析。结果表明：白蜡条木材属于环孔材，早材管孔为圆形、椭圆形，轴向薄壁组织量较多，木射线纺锤形、多为同型木射线；白蜡条纤维长度、宽度、胞腔直径、壁厚、壁腔比分别为500~1 428 μm、10~24 μm、7~20 μm、1.4~4.6 μm、0.25~0.58。不同年轮间和树高间，纤维长度、宽度、壁厚、长宽比和壁腔比具有变异性。

Wood anatomical properties and their variations of Fraxinus chinensis
