| 摘 要： | 在调查水府旅游区娄底景区环境状况基础上，对景观环境质量进行现状评价，并对各旅游项目区旅游资源开发进行了环境影响评价，在此基础上，对各项目区水环境、大气环境、垃圾处理及生态环境建设进行了规划。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of Loudi Scenic Area of Shuifu Tourist District, this work contains the assessment for ambient environment to scenic spots and environmental impact assessment to development of the tourist resources. Furthermore, this work contains the environmental planning for waters,air and development of the ecological environment. |
