| 摘 要： | 腾讯QQ是当前即时通信领域中应用最为广泛的软件之一。通过对QQ的功能分析,针对高校的特点,提出在高校图书馆的读者服务、虚拟参考咨询和行政管理等工作中可以充分利用QQ的相关功能。
