晶体管集电结电容对放大电路的影响

摘    要:晶体管集电结电容C_b′c在放大电路中引入一内部反馈,阻容耦合放大时,这个内部反馈是一个电压并联负反馈,反馈系数小,可忽略不计。当放大器的负载为电感性时,通过C_b′c的反馈为电压并联正反馈,从而产生自激振荡。本文通过计算和实验两个方面加以证明。

Abstract:An internal feedback is introduced by the capacitance C_b'_c which exists betweencollector and base of a transistor in an amplifier. When the amplifier is used as arisistor-capacitor coupling amplifier, the feedback is the voltage paralleled negativeteedback. Since the feedback efficiency is very small, the feedback can beneglected. But the feedback through the cpacitance C_b'_c will be a voltageparalleled positive feedback when the load of the amplifier presents the character ofan indutance. So the self-excited oscillation will appear in the amplifier. Thisphenomenon has been proved with calculations and experiment in this essay.
