| 摘 要： | 从新闻报道的角度转换、专家分析、报道形式、副刊建设四个方面提出当今时代优秀报纸必须选择的四种编辑思路．指出报纸采编者对新闻报道艺术的追求程度直接关乎新闻人的职业精神与诚意．而这种精神与诚意又是采编者的动力与创造力之源。

| Abstract: | The current era of outstanding newspaper editor must select four ideas, from the construction of four proposed supplement, including the perspective of news reports, expert analysis, the report form. The degree that newspaper editors pursued to art news of news reports directly related to art news people＇s professionalism and sincerity, and the sincerity and spirit is the source of power and creativity of those editors. |
