摘    要:在某型冶金专用车车架概念化设计的基础上,以有限元结构分析和优化算法相结合为手段,对横梁和纵梁的截面尺寸进行优化,建立了车架的有限元模型,优化数学模型,通过电测试验验证了有限元模型的正确性,采用ANSYS参数化设计语言编制了优化设计程序,用ANSYS软件中的一阶优化方法获得最优设计。实际应用表明该优化设计方法比原有的设计方法更为有效和快捷,该方法可广泛应用于车架优化设计工程中。

Abstract:Based on the generalized design of the metallurgy especial frame and by means of combining the structure analysis of finite element with optimization algorithm, the section sizes of the longitudinal beams and the traverse beams were optimized, and the finite element model l of the frame, optimization mathematics model were established. The finite element model was validated by electric measurement. The optimization design program was made by using ANSYS parameter design language and the optimum design was obtained by using the one-order method of ANSYS software. The practical application indicates that the optimum design method is efficient and convenient. So it may widely be applied to the engineering of the frame design.
