| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨美人蕉花的止血作用。方法:采用随机分组法,分别测定美人蕉花低剂量组、高剂量组、阳性对照组、生理盐水组小鼠的出血时间、凝血时间及腹腔毛细血管通透性。结果:美人蕉花能明显缩短小鼠出凝血时间,降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性,其结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美人蕉花具有止血作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the hemostatic effect of Canna indica L.Methods: Mice were randomly divided into normal control group,Canna indica L.(low dose and high dose treatment) groups and Vitamin K group.Then,the bleeding time(BT),clotting time(CT) and the permeability of abdominal capillary were measured respectively.Results: The treatment of Canna indica L.could significantly reduce the BT,CT and the permeability of abdominal capillary.Conclusion: The research showed that there was hemostatic effect of flower of Canna indica L.. |
