全自动气动式塑性平面辊压成形机的设计

摘    要:基于在塑性平面上文字辊压成形的设计原理,设计了一种通用性好并适用于标签、标牌等塑性平面压痕的全自动设备,给出了塑性平面辊压成形机的机械、气动和电气原理图.该机采用单相电源,以压缩空气为动力并能自动完成上下料,具有调整简单,使用方便,成本低廉且效率高的特点,满足了生产的要求,有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:In order to design an automatic machine with multi-function and for imprint of ductility flat such as tags and nameplates, the paper presents design principle of the letter rolling machine. The mechanics, pneumatics and electrics diagram of the system are given. The machine driven by single-phase electricity and by compress gas can charge and discharge automatically. The new machine may possess characteristics of high-efficiency, easy-operation, facility of adjustment and maintain. In conclusion, the machine meets the manufacturing demand.
