中药郁金的化学成分研究

摘    要:通过比色法、薄层扫描法及气-质联用法,对目前市场上作为郁金入药的5种姜属植物块根的主要化学成分进行了分析测试。结果表明,姜黄的主要化学成分高于其他4种姜黄属植物,找出了鉴别5种郁金的主要特性,并对其进行了品质评价。本研究结果可为生产、科研和临床用药提供了可靠的科学依据。

Abstract:By means of colorimetry,thin layer scan and gas mass,main chemical compositions of five kinds of root tuber of Curcuma aromatica,which use as traditional Chinese medicine,were analyzed and tested.The results show that main compositions of C.longa is much higher than the others.Five appraisal characteristics for C.longa were found and set their values on quality.This study introduces a simple and accuracy method for scientific research and clinical practice of these medicines.
