山茛菪碱(654—2)对肾上腺素肺水肿治疗作用的观察

本实验观察654—2对家兔致死性肾上腺素肺水肿的治疗作用。实验结果表明,654-2治疗组动物的肺系数、肺含水量及肺湿/干比率(R(W/d)),支气管肺泡灌冼液(BALF)中红细胞总数、白细胞总数及蛋白含量均明显低于肺水肿组(P<0.01,除 R(W/d)P<0.05外),肺病变明显减轻。本实验模型属混合性肺水肿,说明654—2对降低肺毛细血管内压及降低肺毛细血管通透性均有良好的效果。

Anisodamine in the Treatment of Adrenaline-Induced Pulmonary Edema in Rabbits

The therapeutic effect of anisodamine (654-2) on the adrenaline- induced lethal pulmonary edema in rabbits was investigated.The rabbits were divided at random into 3 groups,the normal control group (n=8),the pulmonary edema group(n=10),and the anisodamine treated group (n=10).The results showed that the values of lung index,the average lung water content,the ratio of wet to dry weights (R(W/d)) of pulmonary tissue,the total RBC count and the total WBC count and protein content of BALF were significantly lower (p<0.01, except for R(W/d):p<0.05) in the treated group than in the pulmonary eedma group.The pulmonry edema was obviously alleviated in the treated group.In the opinion of the authors,this adrenaline-induced pulmonary edema is a kind of mixed pulmonary edema with increase both in pulmonary capillary pressure and in permeability of pulmonary capiliaries.
