摘    要:本文将介绍一种新型手用锯条——双层辉光离子渗金属手用锯条。在对已转入生产应用的离子渗金属手用锯条工艺过程及其主要工序进行分析的基础上,对批量处理4500支连续稳定生产的锯条进行切削性能检测,结果证明该锯条切削性能不仅大大优于高碳钢锯条,而且与英国双金属手用锯条相当

Technology and Cutting Performance of Double glow Plasma Surface Alloying Hand Hacksaw Blade

Abstract:A new hacksaw blade,double glow plasma surface alloying hand hacksaw blade,is introduced in the paper.On the basis of analyzing,the main working processes of hacksaw blade produced in batches of 4 500,and its cutting performance are tested.The result shows that the hacksaw blade has much higher cutting performance than that of high carbon steel blade,and is as good as bi metal hacksaw blade.
