| 摘 要： | 面对现代计算机网络技术的迅速普及和日益激烈的高校学报业的竞争，在了解有关学科前沿学术动态和掌握编辑专业规范知识的同时，学报的编辑必须转变思想观念，构建现代思维方式，掌握计算机网络技术，全面提高英语水平，规范学术期刊(光盘版)编排格式。只有真正实行“编排一体化”，才能满足21世纪完全国际化的高校学报编辑工作的需要。
