中国开放式基金销售模式问题探析

中国经济增长和金融业发展带来了开放式基金发行的剧增。在基金发行过程中,销售渠道的作用日益凸显,问题也越加尖锐,基金安全隐患突出。开放式基金销售渠道模式中的根本性问题在于远离渠道之外的体制性、结构性因素;同时,渠道本身也呈现出结构失衡、空间布局萎缩局限的特点。而相应的解决之道也需要遵循此一问题认定而作出实际的政策安排。

On the Sales Model of Chinese Open-end Funds

China＇s economic growth and financial sector development has brought the rapid growth of the issue of open-end funds. In the process of fund distribution,the role of sales channels becomes increasingly important,the problem is increasingly acute and the funds security risk is outstanding. The existing researches on the sales model of open-end funds generally follow the logic thinking of ＂sales subject-reason-measures＂ ,which is consistent with the practice shape. Although,there are many related books on this theme,the researches on this theme are preliminary and partial. Through the review of theoretical research,the author tries to point out the obvious problems of existence,makes further researches and proposes the theoretical development trend.
