| 摘 要： | 本文采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法,对江苏省优秀运动队评分类项目教练员执教能力进行调查分析,梳理出了评分类项目教练员执教能力指标体系和主要内容。江苏省优秀运动队评分类项目教练员执教能力体系包括3个层次共41个指标,其中有7个二级指标和33个三级指标。分析了相关指标的重要程度,以及各级别教练员有关指标的强弱水平。本文研究成果为进一步提高教练员执教能力明确了努力方向,为竞技体育训练管理部门考核评分类项目教练员执教工作提供一份理论参考依据。
