摘    要:对分离自饮用水的绕线虫(Plectus sp.)进行培养条件优化的研究.结果表明,温度和pH值对绕线虫的生长影响显著,光照对绕线虫的生长影响较小.采用生菜蛋黄(lettuce eggs,LE)培养基培养绕线虫时,最佳培养条件如下:温度25 ℃,pH=6和无光照.

Abstract:The optimal culture condition of  Plectus sp. separated from drinking water was studied. The results showed that temperature and pH had significant effect on the growth of Plectus sp., but illumination condition had less effect on the growth of  Plectus sp. The optimal culture condition for Plectus sp. was 25 ℃, and pH=6, without illumination with lettuce eggs (LE) culture medium.
