目前,网络犯罪呈上升势头.其犯罪形式主要有制造和传播计算机病毒、网上盗窃、侵犯个人隐私、网络侵权、传播网络色情以及采用黑客手段攻击等.解决这一问题的关键在于网络法制建设.我们必须加快网络立法进程,加大网络执法力度,建设一支强大的网络法制管理队伍,只有这样,才能减少网络犯罪,营造一个洁净的网络空间,使电脑网络更好地为人们的生产生活服务.

On Internet Crimes and Its Countermeasures in Law

While bringing people the conveniences,the Internet leads to the spread of the Internet crime.This paper deals with and from three aspects,that is,the coures of the net crime,its forms and counter-measures ,researches net crime problem and net law problem,and puts forward the methods and counter-measures by strengthening the legislation and and manage-ment in net to solve the net crimes.
