高校师生和谐关系建设浅谈

当前我国社会正处于建设和谐社会的美好和伟大追求中,高校作为社会结构重要组成机构,是国家建设和发展的重要推动力量。师生群体广泛,社会阶层、各民族各派别均十分丰富,作为教育机构,和谐社会建设必然要求建设和谐校园,文中从高校最大主体教师与学生的关系谈师生和谐建设的必要性和重要性,以及如何建立良好的师生和谐关系。

Talking about the Construction of Harmonious Relationship between Teachers and Students in University

Our country is in the construction of harmonious society, the target is good and great. As an important mechanism in social structure, university is an important power to promote the development of national construction. There has a big number of teachers and students, a wide range of social classes, nationalities and factions, as educational institution, the construction of a harmonious society will inevitably require the construction of the harmonious campus. This paper focused on the main relationship between teachers and students to discuss the necessity and importance of harmonious development, and how to establish good teacher-student relationship.
