摘    要:提出了一种基于二元树复小波变换和神经网络的半盲离焦图像复原算法,首先利用二元树复小波变换和特征值分解提取图像的特征矢量,将该矢量用来训练小波神经网络,利用训练好的网络估计离焦模糊参数.由此获得点扩展函数,用Wiener滤波完成图像的复原.实验结果表明,该方法能有效地估计离焦模糊参数和复原模糊图像.

Abstract:A novel semi-blind defocused image restoration technique is proposed, which is based on dual-tree complex wavelet transform and wavelet neural network(WNN).In this technique,firstly a wavelet neural network is trained in complex wavelet domain to estimate defocus parameter.After obtaining the point spread function (PSF) parameter,Wiener filtering is adopted to complete the restoration.The authors experimentally illustrate its performance on simulated data.Results show that the proposed PSF parameter estimation technique and the defocused image restoration are effective.
