杀菌剂对砂仁叶枯病菌的室内毒力测定

摘    要:对贵州省花江峡谷地区发生的砂仁病害进行实地调查和室内实验研究,根据病害发生的症状特点和病原菌形态特征,确定该病害为砂仁叶枯病,其病原菌为(Pestalotiopsissp.);杀菌剂对其病原菌的室内毒力测定结果表明,10%苯醚甲环唑对砂仁叶枯病菌菌丝生长有很好的抑制作用,EC50为7.7243μg/mL.

Abstract:According to the symptom of the each fungal disease, the morphology and culture characters of pathogen, the diseases rere identified to be Amomum villosum Lour leaf blight, and indoor toxicity determination. The result showed that 70% aiophanate_methyl had the better control efficiency, EC50 was 7.7243μ g/mL.
