| 摘 要： | 2001年新修订的《商标法》虽然新增了三维商标的规定,但陶瓷企业没有很好利用。陶瓷产品的商标的创新与法律保护十分重要。本文分析了陶瓷商标创新与保护不足之原因,并探讨了七种很有参考价值的陶瓷商标的创新与法律保护路径。尤其对立体商标在陶瓷中的利用作了有益探讨。

| Abstract: | The regulations about the three-dimensional trademark added in the newly-revised "Trade Mark Act" of 2001 have been almost ignored by the ceramics enterprises.It is well-known that the brand innovation and legal protections of Ceramics products are very essential.Some causes of the deficiency of ceramics brand innovation and law protection have been analyzed in the paper.In addition,seven valuable approaches for the ceramic trademark innovation and legal protection have been probed,especially inquired into the application of the three-dimensional trademark in ceramic. |
