基于物元理论的客户需求识别方法

摘    要:分析了大规模定制下客户需求分析的研究现状。利用物元理论及可拓集合理论建立客户需求的物元模型,并确定经典域和节域,通过距的计算,确定关联函数值。最后计算隶属程度,从而进行隶属判断。此方法能够减少客户个人主观性对生产的影响,易于编制程序,快速响应生产,适合大规模定制生产的需要。

Abstract:The current research situation of analysis for customer's demand under the model of mass customization is analysed and builds the matter-element model of customer's demand by means of matter-element theory and extension set theory.Then the classical domain and the section domain are determined and the value of correlation function is obtained from the calculation of distance.At the end,the attach is judged by calculating attached-degree.The above method can reduce the impact on production arose from custome...
