欣乐片剂中厚朴有效成分的透皮吸收的研究

采用离体大鼠皮为皮肤模型，自制透皮吸收装置，研究了在欣乐片剂中加入不同比例的透皮吸收促进剂和表面活性剂后，它们对有效成分厚朴酚和和厚朴酚透皮吸收的影响。检测方法为高效液相色谱法。实验结果表明：在一定浓度范围内，较高浓度的透皮吸收促进剂和表面活性剂对有效成分的透皮吸收有协同促进作用。

Study on Effective Compositions of Magnolia Officinalis Rehd.et Wils to Skin Absorption in Glad Happy Troches

In this paper,by means of skin's model based on skin part from heavy mice body,the device of skin absorption was made by ourselves. After the skin absorption accelerants and surface active agents of different proportions were put into glad happy troches,the influences on the effective compositions of magnolol and skin absorptions of honokiol were studied by use of the experiment methods of high efficient liquid phase The experimental results showed that the skin absorption accelerants and surface active agents of higher densities serve the accelerating function of skin absorptions of effective compositions in the range of certain density.
