| Abstract: | The civilization of a society is an integral whole of material, political and spiritual components. It advances in balance with the three components interacting among themselves; and on the other hand it also develops in an unbalanced manner, with the three components interlacing one another. Therefore, the advance of civilization is a unity of balance and unbalance. |
