| 摘 要： | 本论文提出在第一学期到第五学期每个学期设立一门＂综合技能训练＂课程,并且把这门课程开在企业,让学生在每个学期末都能有10~30天的时间到企业中去参与一些与本学期课程相关的项目研发或实施,不仅使学生的实践能力、创新能力和创业精神得到锻炼和提高,而且他们通过与实践结合、与社会接触,与各种人员的合作共事,体验到了工作的艰辛,培养了分析问题、解决问题的能力和集体协作的团队精神,职业素质和就业竞争力逐步提高.

| Abstract: | The paper proposes to set up a course named ＂comprehensive skills training＂ in the enterprises from the first to the fifth semester. Students could spend 10 to 30 days taking part in some research and projects related to the courses each semester. It would raise students＇ practical ability and innovation ability, fill them with enterprising spirit. By combining with the practice, contacting with the society and working together with staff, students will experience the hardship of working, cultivate an ability of analyzing and problem-solving as well as a team spirit; their professional quality and competitiveness will crease too. |
