| 摘 要： | 探讨了构建以人的安全健康为核心的安全管理新体系的目的,分析了我国工业企业安全管理中存在的问题,指出构建以人的安全健康为核心的安全管理新体系,可有效解决生产与安全之间的矛盾,推动煤矿企业可持续发展。

| Abstract: | This paper probes into the target of constructing the new safety management system based on the safety and health,analyzes on the problems existing in the safety management of our country's industrial enterprises,and points out that constructing the new safety management system based on the safety and health can solve the contradiction effectively between the production and the safety and promote the sustainable development of the coal enterprises. |
