| 摘 要： | 丁梅斯代尔、赫斯特伍德和威利.洛曼生活在美国社会的不同历史时期,反映了美国不同时代的价值观念,但是他们死亡的悲剧命运是相同的。在比较了他们各自所处的社会环境以及他们的个体性格基础上,近一步揭示了他们"死"的意义的异同点。

| Abstract: | Dimmesdale,Hurstwood and Willy Loman live in different historic periods in America.They represent different social values,but they have the same destiny-death.This paper tries to compare the social environments they live in and their individual personalities,fartherly disclosing the similarities and differences among the meanings of their "deaths". |
