摘 要: | 针对多次弯曲循环下细径管内结构变化对管内流动的影响问题开展了弯曲循环试验以及管内气体流动数值模拟研究,获得了不同弯曲循环次数下的细径管内结构尺寸变化情况,认识了多次弯曲循环下细径管的结构变化规律;建立了能较真实地反映试验情况的三维计算模型,获得了结构变化对管内流动特性的影响。

Abstract: | The impacts of structural changes of small diameter tube under multi-step bending on gas flow characterisitcs were studied by multi-step bending experiments and CFD numerical simulation, and the structural changes of small diameter tube were analyzed. The three dimensional models which could simulate experimental state were established, and the impacts of structural changes on gas flow characterisitcs were obtained. |
