摘    要:作为人工智能正在快速发展的技术分支,机器视觉在油气勘探开发中的作用越发显著,已成为"智慧油田"建设不可或缺的组成部分。首先简述了机器视觉技术,然后分析了机器视觉在油气勘探开发领域的应用现状,并重点介绍了基于深度学习的机器视觉技术的应用;最后对机器视觉在油气勘探开发中的应用前景进行了分析。研究表明:相对于人工图像识别,机器识别要更准确、高效;一般原始图像越复杂、解释要求越高,对图像预处理技术、特征提取算法要求越高;仅以形态形式表示信息的图像识别相对简单,原始图像的二值化处理是关键;当大量信息蕴含在图像纹理、色彩中时,智能解释的难度要大得多;基于深度学习的机器视觉技术实现了自动特征识别,未来将在油气勘探开发领域发挥重要作用。

Abstract:As a rapidly growing technology branch of artificial intelligence, machine vision has become more and more prominent in oil & gas exploration and exploitation and has become an indispensable part of the construction of "Smart Oilfields." Firstly, the machine vision technology was briefly introduced. Then the application status of machine vision in the field of oil & gas exploration and exploitation was analyzed. The application of machine vision based on deep learning was also introduced. Finally, the application prospect of machine vision in oil & gas exploration and development was studied. The results show that machine recognition is more accurate and efficient than artificial image recognition. Generally, the more complex the original image is, the higher the interpretation is, the requires to image preprocessing technology and feature extraction algorithm are higher. It is relatively simple to intelligent interpret images, which only represent information in morphological form. In those cases, the binary image processing of the original image is the key. When a large amount of information is contained in image texture and color, the difficulty of intelligent interpretation is much more. Machine vision based on deep learning realizes automatic feature recognition and will play an important role in the field of oil & gas exploration and exploitation in the future.
