摘    要:逆变型分布式电源的故障特性不同于传统同步发电机,尤其当含雷达等具有脉冲特性负载时,由于负载的非线性与脉冲性,其故障特性相比传统电网发生了根本性改变,给现有保护方法带来巨大挑战。以一种新型雷达站供电系统为研究对象,根据电网并网要求,依据低电压穿越运行控制策略,在MATLAB Sim Power System仿真环境下建立光伏电源并入配电网带脉冲负载的仿真模型,分析了脉冲负载下逆变型分布式电源故障电流特性与对现有保护的影响。

Abstract:The fault characteristics of inverter interfaced distributed generation (IIDG) have dramatic differences from traditional synchronous generator, especially with the characteristics of pulse load such as radar. The fault characteristics of pulse load present completely new working pattern from traditional power grids because of the nonlinear feature, impact, and continuity. So most existing protecting method cannot satisfy the challenges.This paper takes the modern electronic radar as a typical example, and a new control strategy low-voltage ride through (LVRT) is proposed basing on the requirements of power grid. A simulation system of a distributed generation network with pulse load is established under the MATLAB/SIMULINK software, and the influences of the fault current characteristics of the IIDG applying to pulse load with the existing protection are analyzed.
