摘    要:随着电子系统工作频率的提高,系统中的传输线之间不可避免地会发生串扰问题。将采用时域传输线方程构建不等高多导体传输线的串扰模型,然后通过时域有限差分(FDTD)方法求解传输线方程,获得传输线端接负载上的串扰响应。采用该方法,模拟和分析脉冲集总电压源作用不等高多导体传输线的串扰规律。在此基础上,通过多集总源作用多导体传输线的串扰仿真,获得脉冲型干扰信号对传输线上工作信号的影响。

Abstract:With the working frequencies of the electronic systems are becoming higher and higher, the transmission lines used in these systems should occur crosstalk problems inevitably. In this paper, the time domain transmission line (TL) equations were used to build the crosstalk model of multi-conductor transmission lines (MTLs) with different heights firstly. Then the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method was utilized to solve the TL equations to obtain the crosstalk responses on the terminal loads. Finally, this method is used to simulate and analyze the crosstalk principles of MTLs with different heights excited by pulse lumped voltage source, and the influence of the pulse interference signal to the working signal on the line is obtained by the crosstalk analysis of MTLs with different height excited by multiple lumped voltage sources.
