流体阻力系数迭代过程中连续性分析与处理

摘    要:根据尼古拉兹实验曲线以及对应的阻力系数经验公式计算阻力系数时,为保证阻力系数与传热方程迭代过程的连续性,对过渡区和湍流过渡区提出了新的阻力系数计算经验公式以及过渡区传热系数计算经验公式,新的阻力系数经验公式在雷诺数从小到大范围内连续,使传热方程与其迭代过程易于收敛。新的阻力系数经验公式计算结果与已知判据进行了验证,过渡区相对误差在5%以内,湍流过渡区相对误差在10%以内,满足工程计算要求,计算结果更为准确。

Abstract:In order to ensure the continuity of iterative process between resistance coefficient and heat transfer equation, while using the Nikuradse experiment curve and the corresponding empirical formula to calculate the flow resistance coefficient, put forward a new empirical formula for calculating resistance coefficient and heat transfer coefficient calculation formula of transition region. The new empirical formula was continuous in the Reynolds from small to large, that made the iterative process of heat transfer equation convergent easily. The results of the new empirical formula of the resistance coefficient was verified with the known criterion, the relative error of the transition zone is within 5%, the relative error of the turbulent transition area is within 10%. The calculation was more accurate and fitted engineering requirements.
