| Abstract: | The continuous education of the librarians possesses many features under the new situation, and the working emphases of the library are establishing the high-level training mechanism for the continuous education of the librarians, putting the continuous education into the orbit of institutionalized management, strengthening the post-training and skill training, and culturing the innovative and compound type librarians. |
