摘    要:本文是水平建基面保护层一次爆破开挖新技术在李家峡水电站工程的应用实例。爆前试验证明了钻孔底部柔性垫层的隔震作用。工程爆破中采用空气层新型装药结构,及孔内孔外延时相结合的非电微差起爆网路,使753个炮孔逐孔起爆。

Abstract:In this paper, a new technique of protective layer excavation of horizontal founda- tion was expounded and applied to the construction of Lijiaxia hydropower station. The par- tition function of flexible cushion on the bottom of explosive holes was proved by experiments before explosion. New structure with air layer for explosive charges loading and the non-elec- tric millisecond difference detonating network which combines the time delay initiating were used in holes and out of holes with 753 segments making holes to blast out one by one.
