基于混合智能算法的三峡水库汛限水位动态控制研究

摘    要:为充分发挥三峡水库的防洪兴利效益,利用水文、气象预报,实施动态汛限水位控制运行具有重要的意义.考虑调度期实时防洪风险约束,建立实时调度与汛限水位动态控制模型,设计混合智能算法,对模型进行优化求解.利用宜昌站汛期实测日流量资料进行模拟调度,得到汛限水位动态控制结果.结果表明,汛限水位动态控制能权衡防洪风险与兴利关系,在一定条件下,适当提高水库运行水位,可以在保证防洪标准不变的前提下较大幅度提高水库的兴利效益.

Abstract:For the maximum flood control and p (TGR), it is significant to change the static control ower generation benefit of the Three Gorges mode of limited flood water level to dynamic by Reservoir hydrologiwater level is obtained. The results show that a proper dynamic mode of limited flood water level control of the TGR can help to avoid flood risk and increase reservoir benefits as well.
