| 摘 要： | 本文报道了抗人乳腺癌单克隆抗体Ｍ４Ｇ３与表阿霉素结合物的制备及其体外免疫活性．首先用高碘酸钠氧化葡聚糖，使其成为多醛基葡聚糖，并以此为中间载体将表阿霉素与单抗连接，经测定，每一抗体分子能携带３１个药物分子，且结合物仍具有良好的免疫活性，为单抗导向药物治疗乳腺癌提供了理论基础和实验依据．

| Abstract: | The preparation and immunoreactivity testing of the conjugate,monoclonal antibody to phamorubicin, were described in this article.The conjugation of pharmorubicin to monoclonal anti-breast cancer cell line antibody.using an intermediate polyaldehyde dextran carrier system,resulted in a ratio of 31 molecules of phamorubicin per molecule of immunoglobulin.The immunoreactivity of the conjugate was analyzed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), which showed that the conjugate has significant reaction of the antigenbinding activity.These studies offer the evidence for clininal experiment of monoclonal antibody drug conjugate. |
